Frequently Asked Questions

Answers to the questions buyers ask most about Dawlance prices in Pakistan, choosing the right fridge, AC, washing machine or freezer, warranty and service, and how this website works.

About this website

Is this the official Dawlance website?

No. dawlancepakistan.pk is an independent website. It is not connected to, authorised by or endorsed by Dawlance or its parent company Arçelik. The official Dawlance website is dawlance.com.pk.

Can I buy a Dawlance appliance from this website?

No. We don’t sell anything, take orders or accept payments. We only list prices and specifications so you can compare models before you visit a dealer or shop online.

Is the website free to use?

Yes. There is no sign-up and no charge. The website shows ads from Google to cover its running costs.

Does anyone pay you to list or rank products?

No. Models are ordered by type, size and price. No brand, dealer or advertiser can pay to be listed higher. See our editorial policy.

Why do some products show a drawing instead of a photo?

Model cards use matched photos from Dawlance’s official product listings. If a verified image is missing, the card keeps a clearly labelled illustration. A model offered in several finishes may show only the named photo finish; check the full model and colour before choosing.

How do I report a wrong price or a missing model?

Email us through the contact page with the page link, the full model name and finish, and the correct detail. We check it against Dawlance’s official price list and fix the page if it is wrong.

Someone is selling appliances in your name. Is that you?

No. We never sell products or ask for payment. Anyone asking for money in the name of dawlancepakistan.pk is not us. Only pay authorised dealers or official Dawlance channels.

Prices

Where do the prices on this website come from?

From Dawlance’s official price list. When Dawlance shows a sale price next to a crossed-out old price, we show the sale price. Full details are on the where prices come from page.

Why is the price at my dealer different?

Dealers set their own final price. It can be higher or lower because of local offers, delivery and installation charges, old-for-new exchange deals or bank and instalment plans. Always confirm the final price with the seller.

Do the prices include delivery and installation?

No. We show the listed price of the appliance only. Delivery, installation, AC fitting kits, stands, stabilisers and extended warranties are usually extra and depend on the seller and your city.

How often do Dawlance prices change in Pakistan?

Often. Appliance rates in Pakistan move with the dollar, sales tax, the federal budget and seasonal offers, sometimes within the same month.

Why does the same model have so many prices?

Dawlance sells most models in several colours and finishes, such as Chrome, Avante, Avante+ and Digital Display. The size stays the same, but the door finish, display and sometimes the inverter compressor change, and so does the price. Each finish has its own row in our price lists.

What does cost per cubic foot, per ton or per kg mean?

It is the price divided by the capacity. It shows how much you pay for each cubic foot of fridge space, each ton of AC cooling or each kilogram of washing machine load, so you can compare value between different sizes. A lower number means more capacity for your money.

Can I buy Dawlance appliances on instalments?

Many dealers, online stores and banks in Pakistan offer instalment plans. The terms and total cost are set by them, not by us, and are usually higher than the cash price. Compare the total amount you will pay, not just the monthly instalment.

Fridges and refrigerators

What is the Dawlance fridge price in Pakistan?

Dawlance fridges range from Rs 39,200 to Rs 372,000 on our Dawlance fridge price list, depending on size, type and finish.

How much is a Dawlance double door fridge?

Dawlance double door fridges range from Rs 54,999 to Rs 139,600, depending on capacity and finish.

What size fridge do I need?

Compare verified usable storage volume, appliance dimensions and your household shopping habits. The supplied price data does not confirm fridge capacities, so models are not assigned to household sizes from their numbers.

What is the difference between direct cool and no frost?

A direct cool fridge builds up ice in the freezer and needs defrosting now and then. A no frost fridge uses a fan to move cold air, so ice doesn’t form and you never need to defrost it. No frost models cost more and use a little extra power for the fan.

What is Dawlance PrimaLine?

PrimaLine is Dawlance’s label for its premium no frost inverter fridges, including side-by-side and French door models.

What does LVS mean?

LVS stands for Low Voltage Start. It means the compressor can start and run on a wider voltage range than a standard one, which helps during low voltage in load shedding hours. Check the exact range on the model’s specification sheet.

ACs, washing machines and freezers

What is an inverter appliance?

An inverter fridge or AC changes its compressor speed to match the need instead of switching fully on and off. This lowers the electricity bill, runs more quietly and handles voltage ups and downs better. Inverter models cost more to buy.

What does ton mean for an AC?

Ton measures cooling capacity, not weight. One ton equals 12,000 BTU of cooling per hour. A 1.5 ton AC cools more than a 1 ton AC, and a 2 ton AC more than both.

Which AC size is right for my room?

As a rough guide, 1 ton suits a small room, 1.5 ton suits an average bedroom or lounge, and 2 ton suits a large room or hall. Sun-facing rooms, top floors, high ceilings and many people in the room all need more cooling. Ask the installer to check your room before you buy.

What does kg mean for a washing machine?

It is the maximum weight of dry clothes the machine can wash in one load. Larger families usually look at 10 kg and above, while 7 to 8 kg suits smaller households.

What is the difference between automatic and semi-automatic washing machines?

A fully automatic machine fills, washes, rinses and spins on one programme. A semi-automatic twin tub has a separate wash tub and spin tub, and you move the clothes between them by hand. Twin tubs cost less and let you control each step, while automatics save time and effort.

Front load or top load?

Front load washing machines usually use less water and are gentler on clothes, but cost more and take longer per wash. Top load machines are easier to load without bending and usually cost less.

Chest freezer or vertical freezer?

A chest deep freezer opens from the top, holds cold air better when opened and usually stores more for the price. A vertical freezer has shelves like a fridge, takes less floor space and makes it easier to find things.

Do I need a voltage stabiliser?

If your area has large voltage swings, a stabiliser can protect the compressor and electronics. Many newer inverter appliances work on a wider voltage range. Check the appliance manual or ask the dealer what the manufacturer recommends.

Warranty and service

How do I contact the Dawlance service center?

We are not connected to Dawlance and cannot book repairs. Use the helpline, service request or complaint options on Dawlance’s official website, dawlance.com.pk.

How long is the Dawlance warranty?

Warranty terms depend on the product and the part; for example, the compressor often has a different warranty from the rest of the appliance. Check the warranty card that comes with your appliance or Dawlance’s official website for exact terms.

What should I check when my appliance is delivered?

Check that the model number and finish match your bill, look for dents or scratches before signing, and make sure you receive the warranty card and bill. Keep both safe, as they are usually needed for warranty service.

Can you help with a warranty claim or a faulty product?

No. For warranty claims, repairs or a faulty product, contact Dawlance or the dealer you bought from.
