Who we are

Dawlance Pakistan is an independent website that lists Dawlance appliance prices in Pakistan. We are not Dawlance’s official website. In this policy, “we”, “us” and “our” mean the people who run dawlancepakistan.pk. You can contact us at contact@dawlancepakistan.pk.

Information we collect

You can browse this website without creating an account. We do not provide sign-up forms, comment forms, order forms or payment pages.

Information processed when you use this website includes:

• Server logs: our hosting provider may record technical information such as your IP address, browser, requested page, referring page and visit time.
• Emails: if you contact us, we receive your email address and the information you include in your message.
• Analytics data: Google Analytics 4 measures page views and visitor activity. This can include cookie identifiers, browser and device details, referring sources, approximate location and interactions such as scrolling or clicking links.
• Advertising data: Google and its partners may process information through advertising cookies and similar technologies, as explained below.

Please do not send passwords, payment details, CNIC numbers or other sensitive information in your messages.

How we use information

• We use server logs to operate the website, investigate errors and protect it against abuse.

Google Analytics 4

We use Google Analytics 4, a service provided by Google, to measure website traffic and usage. Its tag loads from Google’s servers and sends measurement information to Google.

The Analytics tag is configured to load when a page opens, without waiting for a separate analytics consent-banner selection. Your browser settings, blocking tools and Google’s controls may affect collection.

Google Analytics can use cookies to distinguish browsers and associate activity across visits. Cookie identifiers do not require you to provide your name, but they can still constitute personal information.

We do not intentionally send your name, email address or the contents of emails you send us to Google Analytics.

Analytics cookies and your choices

Google Analytics may set cookies such as _ga and _ga_* to measure visits and sessions. Their duration depends on the Analytics configuration and browser settings.

• You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings.
• On supported browsers, you can install Google’s Analytics opt-out browser add-on to prevent supported Analytics tags from using your visit data.

Deleting cookies alone does not permanently prevent collection: cookies may be set again on a later visit. Blocking cookies also does not necessarily block every measurement request. The Analytics opt-out add-on does not block advertising services or hosting logs.

The appliance price pages can be browsed without analytics cookies.

• Google and its advertising partners may process advertising information through AdSense.
• Authorities may receive information where disclosure is legally required.

These providers may process or store information on servers outside Pakistan.

How long information is kept

Our hosting provider’s settings determine server-log retention. We keep emails for as long as reasonably needed to handle your request and any related obligations.

Google Analytics retention depends on the property settings and the type of data. User-level and event-level retention settings do not determine how long every aggregated report remains available.

Advertising information is retained according to the relevant providers’ settings and policies.

Your rights and requests

You can contact contact@dawlancepakistan.pk to ask about information we hold, request a correction or request deletion. We will consider your request according to applicable law and the information available to us.

We may need information to verify a request. We may not be able to associate an analytics cookie identifier with your email address or identify every visit you made.

For information collected through Google’s services, you can also use the privacy and account controls provided by Google.

Security

We serve the website over HTTPS and do not provide pages that collect passwords, card details or CNIC numbers. We take reasonable steps to protect information under our control, but no transmission or storage method is completely secure.

Children

This website provides household-appliance price information for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, please contact us so we can review and address it.

Links may take you to other websites, including Dawlance’s official website and Google’s services. Those websites have their own privacy policies and controls.
